WAITER/WAITRESS ML It is nice if you already have experience, but that is not a must. We have plenty of experienced people in-house who are ready to teach you all the tricks of the trade. - Welcoming and checking in/receiving guests
- Check-out of departing guests
- Accepting and processing individual and group reservations in the reservation system
- Providing information to our guests in a correct and hospitable manner
- Answering/handling incoming phone calls/mail
- Performing associated administrative tasks
- Reception of guests for the bistro, restaurant, and function rooms
- Helping out in the bistro during busy times
What we ask of you at ML: A completed education is a plus, but not a must. You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken. You are flexible, stress-resistant, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and have perseverance. You can work both independently and as part of a team and show a lot of initiative. ASSISTANT SOMMELIER As an Assistant Sommelier at restaurant ML, you are part of our service team. With your passion for gastronomy and wine, drive, and enthusiasm for the profession, you contribute to the ultimate experience for our guests. You advise on wine and are jointly responsible for managing and replenishing the wine stock. As an assistant sommelier, you are not only presentable but also a host/hostess through and through: you strive for the perfect food and wine pairing! As an assistant sommelier, your workday looks like this: You welcome our guests and escort them to their table You advise our guests on wine You always strive for the perfect food and wine pairing You talk enthusiastically about our inspiring restaurant You are jointly responsible for the restaurant's wine list You ensure the creation of a unique experience for our guests You are operationally deployable on all fronts

What we ask of you at ML: You have a passion for hospitality, wine, and food. You have relevant experience in hospitality. You speak fluent Dutch and English. You are available 5 days a week.
