Since 2018, ML has been housed in the beautiful, monumental building on Klokhuisplein. It is a place where you can enjoy delicious food, drinks, parties, meetings, and overnight stays. Our historic four-star hotel, located in the center of Haarlem, is intimate, featuring 17 rooms and suites. The rooms are fully equipped with every convenience, and the building's unique history has been cherished. The hotel exudes the atmosphere of the past, but within a modern, stylish, and comfortable setting. All rooms feature the latest Hästens beds and can be booked at a discounted price. Restaurant ML is situated in the courtyard of the former printer Johan Enschedé and in the old period room of the Enschedé family's former residence. The decor is sleek and modern, providing an excellent backdrop for the culinary sensations presented by Chef Mark Gratama and his kitchen team. In 2024, Restaurant ML* was once again awarded a Michelin star! Bistro ML is a pleasant place at any time of day. Whether it is for a hearty breakfast, a cup of coffee, lunch, a glass of wine with a snack, or dinner, the bistro is open every day from early morning until late evening. At Bar Nous, you can enjoy delicious drinks and an extensive bites menu from Thursday through Sunday. ML has three spacious rooms that you can rent for a lively party or an inspiring meeting.
