HOTEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your credit card details are required to guarantee the booking until the moment you arrive at the hotel. Payment takes place at the hotel; your details are only needed to guarantee the booking. If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so no later than 2 day(s) before arrival. Please note that the day of arrival begins at 0:00. For any booking that is not cancelled at least 1 day(s) before arrival, the costs for the first night will be charged. Different cancellation conditions apply to group bookings. For group reservations (from 3 rooms or more), the Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality Industry (UVH) apply. You can find these on our website under contact. Should you wish to receive a copy, please contact the hotel.
If you have booked a non-refundable price or package, the following conditions apply: Your credit card details are required to book this offer. This booking cannot be changed or cancelled. By making the booking, you accept that the full price of the stay will be debited directly from your credit card and that refunds are not possible.
